Choosing a women's coat is not easy because there are many things to consider. Whether it is a women's parka-type jacket or a winter overcoat like a down jacket, it must be adapted to your activities but also to your tastes and desires, while being a true example of fashion and current trends.
Rule number one: the size and fit of the women's jacket must be adapted to your morphology in order to magnify you. The cut of the women's parka jacket (or down jacket) must also and above all please you and correspond to you. For instance, a down jacket with raglan sleeves will slim your shoulders when a parka without outside stitching will lengthen your silhouette.
Rule number two: find the coat that meets your needs in terms of use. At Pyrenex, it's obviously the aspects of protection against the cold and insulation from the wind that come first. Do you do a lot of sport or are you planning very active escapades? A short women's parka, or a technical women's jacket with breathable (and light) fabrics will allow you to execute your movements with fluidity and ease.
Are you used to going out no matter the weather? If so, you should choose a jacket whose fabric and padding are particularly waterproof and warm. Look at the composition of its fabric to choose the one that suits you best - waterproof or water-repellent. Whether or not you like the feel of fur, real fur is naturally resistant to rain (and biodegradable, good to know!)
Rule number three: colour. Choose a trendy colour that will make you stand out. Opt for a jacket in bright colours like red or pure white to make you stand out. Be trendy. Just because you want to protect yourself from the cold doesn't mean you have to forget about showing off your looks and style. An ideal jacket is one that is both in tune with the fashion of the moment but whose design is timeless.
