Our improvement targets :

Objective Pay gap indicator
As part of our remuneration policy, we draw up our annual individual pay rise plan in a non-discriminatory way and do everything we can to reduce any pay gap between men and women.

Top ten remuneration indicator target
For many years, only one woman has been ranked in the top 10 highest earners. In 2024, we noted that there were now 2 women. In 2024, we worked to re-evaluate the number of women executives in the company, with the aim of reducing the existing gaps.
