Shipping policy

3 delivery methods available on our website:

  • UPS standard : delivery in 1 to 3 working days in France (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the day of dispatch. 1 to 5 working days for the rest of the world. 1 to 5 working days for the rest of the world.
  • UPS Access Point : delivery in 1 to 3 working days in France (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the day of dispatch. 1 to 5 working days for the rest of the world. For information, our delivery options include deliveries to mainland France, Corsica and Monaco. We do not deliver to French overseas departments and territories.
  • UPS Express Saver : delivery within 1 working day in France (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the day of dispatch, 1 to 5 days for the rest of the world.

Important : depending on your delivery country, some delivery methods may not be available. These three methods are valid in all cases in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

For all European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom, standard and access point delivery is free.

Express delivery is subject to a charge. For other countries, delivery is subject to a charge.

Delivery charges will be displayed when you place your order, once you have entered your delivery address.

What is the delivery time?

All items sold on pyrenex.com are available in stock and ready to be sent to you, except for bedding and decorative items, which are made to order. The manufacturing time will be 6 days after your order has been placed.

For all orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday for products in stock, we will dispatch your parcel the same day.

Delivery is handled by UPS. Delivery costs are calculated according to your delivery address when you place your order. You can choose UPS Express Saver or UPS Standard delivery. The tracking number for your parcel is sent to you by email as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier. Clicking on it will take you to an interface that allows you to track the progress of your parcel.

Your parcel number is also available in your private space under ‘orders’.

We undertake to respect a maximum delivery date which is indicated on your order confirmation. We deliver to several countries. Please fill in the postcode and country fields to find out whether our partner can deliver to your address. Please note that in some countries import is subject to customs duties that we cannot estimate. Please contact your national customs office to find out the amount of duties and taxes to be paid to receive your order.

What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?

If the recipient of the order (delivery address) is absent, your parcel will be delivered to the postal contact point indicated on the delivery notice left in your letterbox. Your parcel will be kept at the contact point for a period of 15 calendar days from the day after the delivery notice was left. At the end of this period, the parcel will be returned to us. If you are responsible for missing the deadline (the delivery address you gave us was not correct, or you did not collect the parcel within 15 days), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel.

Where do I pick up my parcel?

For all orders placed on the site, you will receive an email reminding you of the delivery address you have given us. If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice from our partner will tell you where you can collect your parcel.
Can I change a delivery address / the contents of the delivery?

Once your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes. In order to guarantee you the best delivery times, we prepare and dispatch your order within hours of validating your basket. However, you can always contact our customer service. We will do our best to meet your needs, but this will depend on the status of your order at the time of your request.

Which countries are covered by delivery?
