Our down jackets are filled with French duck down, a natural insulator that keeps the body warm. Indeed, duck down, produced in Saint-Sever at our Pyrenex factory, has the capacity to trap air, form an effective insulator and perfectly retain your body heat.

Urban "fashion" down jackets
For years, Pyrenex down jackets have been on-trend pieces that pair perfectly with chic and streetwear styles. This year, iconic models such as the Authentic and the Vintage Mythic, as well as 100% made in France down jackets like the Tamara and the Karla for women, and the Anton and the Barry for men, are our favourite pieces for the city and fashion.
Technical and mountaineering jackets
New this season: Pyrenex reconnects with its Pyrenean roots by offering an exceptional collection that pays tribute to its historic partnership with mountaineer Louis Audoubert, the brand's technical adviser in the 1970s.
This Pyrenex mountain capsule was designed according to the thermal ranges required for mountaineering and the technical demands of ascending the highest summits. Highly performant, these Pyrenex jackets can be worn in extreme conditions down to -30°C, such as the Audoubert and Chinook XP jackets (men's models). There are also the Hudson XP (for men) and Meije XP (for women) jackets, which can be worn down to -10°C.

Warm down jackets
Ideal for winter, warm down jackets are generously filled with French duck down for maximum thermal insulation. They are perfect for keeping you insulated from the cold down to -5°C. Mountaineering down jackets will insulate you from -10°C to -30°C. Whether you are looking for a warm down jacket for everyday wear or a technical down jacket for your mountain expeditions, our autumn-winter collection will meet your needs.
Lightweight down jackets
Designed for transitional seasons and cooler temperatures, Pyrenex lightweight down jackets will bring you warmth and lightness in all circumstances. Even with a lighter filling, these jackets protect against mild temperatures from 15°C to 5°C, such as the Bruce SC and Mauco jackets (for men) and the Masha SC and Eulalie (for women). To be worn over a jumper or under a coat, a lightweight down jacket will make all the difference by keeping you warmer.
Sleeveless down jackets
Down jackets are appreciated in every season and are wardrobe essentials. When temperatures cool down, it is preferable to wear a sleeveless down jacket. The Spoutnic, the Loic, the Bruce Vest and the Masha Vest will perfectly meet your needs. Very on-trend in recent seasons, they are highly versatile pieces. You can indeed wear them simply over a long-sleeved t-shirt or pair them with a hoodie or a jumper for maximum warmth.
Down jackets suited to every style and every body shape
Mid-length VS short down jackets
If you are tall, mid-length down jackets are made for you. Long Pyrenex down jackets will protect you even better from the cold as they cover your torso down to the knees. On the other hand, if you are shorter, we recommend opting for a short down jacket that will give you a taller silhouette. However, we cannot endorse oversized looks with long coats that reach down to the ankles.
Fitted VS classic cut
The vast majority of Pyrenex down jackets have a straight/classic cut. Some of our models can be more fitted, such as the Mistral (men's) and Aviator (women's) models, which are tapered at the bottom of the jacket. To find out the cut of the down jacket, please refer to the product specifications.
Oversized down jackets
Pyrenex oversized down jackets are very on-trend and have become an essential part of the winter wardrobe. Our Vintage Mythic (unisex), Gilen (for men), Louna and Elaura (for women) models are perfect examples. Simply go one or two sizes up from your usual size to achieve a relaxed fit.
