Description

The Evolve down jacket is inspired by the iconic Audoubert mountaineering model. Its voluminous padding and generous hood give it a resolutely sportswear look. It offers optimum protection against the cold and harsh winter weather, while remaining fashionable. Its loose fit and vintage look, with large flap pockets, give it a casual, urban feel.

    A water-repellent treatment is applied to the outer fabric making water drops roll off and preventing them from soaking into the material. Water-repellent textiles are not designed to withstand immersion or sustained long rainfall exposures.

    We calculate the amount of water (in the form of vapour) that the fabric lets through in 24 hours. The higher the degree, the more breathable the fabric. At 5,000g/m2/24hrs, the garment is considered to be breathable.

    The pressure required for water to penetrate a material is measured in millimetres. A garment is considered waterproof from 3,000 mm Schmerber. Models with waterproof strips at the seams are perfectly waterproof.

    • 30° machine wash
    • Tumble dry at low temperature.Down products: tumble dry with 2 drying balls, minimum 4 hours at low temperature. Once dry, tap the balls of down by hand to separate them.
    • Ironing at a maximum temperature of 110°C
