Description
Designed to face the most demanding winter conditions, the Soal down jacket by Pyrenex accompanies children throughout the cold season with an exceptional level of protection. Suited to an indicative temperature range of 0 °C to -20 °C, it delivers effective thermal insulation to keep the youngest ones warm even as the cold intensifies.
Its filling of natural French down, renowned for its excellent insulating properties, provides lasting warmth while remaining exceptionally lightweight. Its enveloping cut and large hood effectively protect against wind and low temperatures, ensuring optimal comfort during daily commutes, school days or outdoor activities.
Designed for intensive use, the Soal is crafted from a durable, water-repellent fabric that protects against light rain while ensuring excellent longevity. Its brushed-knit-lined pockets offer a pleasantly soft feel and help keep hands warm. Water-repellent treatment on the outer fabric that causes water droplets to bead off, preventing them from soaking into the material. A water-repellent treated textile is not designed to withstand immersion or prolonged heavy rain.
We measure the quantity of water (in vapour form) that the fabric allows to pass through in 24 hours. The higher the rating, the more breathable the fabric. From 5,000 g/m²/24h, a garment is considered breathable.
Use of a technical fabric ("softshell") that provides wind insulation. Ideal when it is cool or when the wind chill effect makes us cold.
Composition & care
Washing: 30° machine wash
Low-temperature machine drying. Down products: tumble dry with 2 dryer balls, minimum 4 hours at low temperature. Once dry, gently fluff the down clusters by hand to separate them.
Ironing at a maximum temperature of 110°C
Do not bleach
Do not dry clean
