Description

With its matte taffeta fabric and generous cut, the Shift down jacket is a sober, comfortable and warm piece: a terribly effective winter basic. The large vintage badge on the side brings a retro touch to this unisex quilted jacket. Filled with upcycled French natural down with incomparable insulating power and designed with a 100% French water-repellent and windproof fabric, the Shift down jacket is faithful to Pyrenex's winter tradition.

Features a technical fabric (‘softshell’) that insulates against the wind. Ideal when it's cool or windy.

A water-repellent treatment is applied to the outer fabric making water drops roll off and preventing them from soaking into the material. Water-repellent textiles are not designed to withstand immersion or sustained long rainfall exposures.

Breathable
Breathable

We calculate the amount of water (in the form of vapour) that the fabric lets through in 24 hours. The higher the degree, the more breathable the fabric. At 5,000g/m2/24hrs, the garment is considered to be breathable.

Fit & sizing

• The female model is 1m74 tall and wears size L.

• The male model is 1m90 tall and wears size L.

• The Shift down jacket has a loose/relaxed fit, wear one size larger for an oversized look

Composition & care
  • 30° machine wash
  • Tumble dry at low temperature.Down products: tumble dry with 2 drying balls, minimum 4 hours at low temperature. Once dry, tap the balls of down by hand to separate them.
  • Ironing at a maximum temperature of 110°C
  • No bleaching
  • No dry cleaning
