Description
The 100% waterproof Pyrite windproof jacket for women elegantly combines practicality and femininity. Designed for the mid-season, this lightweight jacket features a hood with an integrated peak, offering optimal protection against the elements with its sealed seams. A drawstring at the hem allows the silhouette to be adjusted for a more fitted, feminine look. Short and easy to wear, the Pyrite adapts to all environments, in the city as well as in the mountains, for a look that is both relaxed and functional. Its two front flap pockets add a practical touch to everyday wear, while the Pyrenex logo signs the piece with character and discretion.

We measure, in millimetres, the pressure required for water to pass through the material. A garment is considered waterproof from 3,000 mm Schmerber. Models with seam-sealed tape offer perfect waterproofing.
We measure the quantity of water (in vapour form) that the fabric allows to pass through in 24 hours. The higher the rating, the more breathable the fabric. From 5,000 g/m²/24h, a garment is considered breathable.
Use of a technical fabric ("softshell") that provides wind insulation. Ideal when it is cool or when the wind chill effect makes us cold.
Composition & care
Washing: 30° machine wash
Low-temperature machine drying. Down products: tumble dry with 2 dryer balls, minimum 4 hours at low temperature. Once dry, gently fluff the down clusters by hand to separate them.
Ironing at a maximum temperature of 110°C
Do not bleach
Do not dry clean
