With its shiny fabric and short cut, the red Altic down jacket reimagines the codes of the winter down jacket in a modern and confident spirit. Both on-trend and functional, it is aimed at women looking for a jacket that combines style, warmth and everyday comfort. Its filling of natural French Pyrenex down guarantees high-performance thermal insulation while remaining lightweight and highly breathable. Its removable hood, extended by a protective high collar, its ribbed cuffs and its drawcord-adjustable hem offer effective protection against the elements and winter temperatures. Water-repellent treatment on the outer fabric that causes water droplets to bead off, preventing them from soaking into the material. A water-repellent treated textile is not designed to withstand immersion or prolonged heavy rain.
We measure the quantity of water (in vapour form) that the fabric allows to pass through in 24 hours. The higher the rating, the more breathable the fabric. From 5,000 g/m²/24h, a garment is considered breathable.
Use of a technical fabric ("softshell") that provides wind insulation. Ideal when it is cool or when the wind chill effect makes us cold.
Composition & care
Washing: 30° machine wash
Low-temperature machine drying. Down products: tumble dry with 2 dryer balls, minimum 4 hours at low temperature. Once dry, gently fluff the down clusters by hand to separate them.
Ironing at a maximum temperature of 110°C
Do not bleach
Do not dry clean
