To offer you more sustainable and responsible designs, Pyrenex introduces the Phenix down jacket, made of 98% recycled materials. Our exceptional raw material, our down filling, is the essential element of this approach. It is indeed the virtuous result of the reprocessing of a co-product of the agro-industry, feathers and down. Our state of the art processes in washing and sorting down ensure the best possible natural filling that is warm, healthy and breathable. We also use recycled fabric and have chosen to source the best recycled components for our accessories: zips, cord stoppers, logo badge. Choose eco-responsibility with this warm model, with a studied design, which is part of the Pyrenex sustainable development approach.

    The pressure required for water to penetrate a material is measured in millimetres. A garment is considered waterproof from 5,000 mm Schmerber. Models with waterproof strips at the seams are perfectly waterproof.

    Breathable

    We calculate the amount of water (in the form of vapour) that the fabric lets through in 24 hours. The higher the degree, the more breathable the fabric. At 5,000g/m2/24hrs, the garment is considered to be breathable.

    Composition & care
    • 30° machine wash
    • Tumble dry at low temperature.Down products: tumble dry with 2 drying balls, minimum 4 hours at low temperature. Once dry, tap the balls of down by hand to separate them.
    • Ironing at a maximum temperature of 110°C
    • No bleaching
    • No dry cleaning
