Description

Enveloping and wonderfully warm, the dark khaki Fingal parka makes comfort its signature. Its recycled gabardine with a matte finish, lined with a waterproof membrane, keeps rain and wind at bay, while its generous French duck down filling provides lasting warmth. The adjustable storm hood, ribbed cuffs, brushed knit-lined pockets and multiple storage options make this a piece as elegant as it is functional, designed for autumn and winter.

We measure, in millimetres, the water pressure required for the material to begin letting water through. A garment is considered highly water-repellent from 3,000 mm of water (Schmerber): ideal protection in light rain.

We measure the quantity of water (in vapour form) that the fabric allows to pass through in 24 hours. The higher the rating, the more breathable the fabric. From 5,000 g/m²/24h, a garment is considered breathable.

Windproof
Windproof

Use of a technical fabric ("softshell") that provides wind insulation. Ideal when it is cool or when the wind chill effect makes us cold.

Size & fit
  • The male model is 1.83m tall and wears size L.
  • The Fingal down jacket has a straight cut.
Composition & care
  • Washing: 30° machine wash
  • Low-temperature machine drying. Down products: tumble dry with 2 dryer balls, minimum 4 hours at low temperature. Once dry, gently fluff the down clusters by hand to separate them.
  • Ironing at a maximum temperature of 110°C
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not dry clean
