Description

The Sten Pyrenex down jacket is reinvented in an elegant matte fabric version, ideal for those looking for a understated style without sacrificing the brand's technical performance. Its generous, enveloping cut is perfectly suited to both girls and boys, offering optimal comfort from age 8 to 16.

Its French natural down filling provides excellent thermal insulation while remaining wonderfully lightweight. The generous hood and elasticated cuffs enhance protection against wind and cold, ensuring consistent warmth throughout the day.

Thanks to its highly water-repellent, windproof and breathable technical fabric, this quilted jacket easily accompanies children in all their activities, whatever the weather conditions. Its clean style, durability and comfort make it an ideal down jacket for school, leisure or winter outings.

We measure, in millimetres, the water pressure required for the material to begin letting water through. A garment is considered highly water-repellent from 3,000 mm of water (Schmerber): ideal protection in light rain.

Breathable
Breathable

We measure the quantity of water (in vapour form) that the fabric allows to pass through in 24 hours. The higher the rating, the more breathable the fabric. From 5,000 g/m²/24h, a garment is considered breathable.

Size & fit
  • The boy model is 1m45 and the girl model is 1m54. Both are wearing size 12Y.
  • The Sten down jacket has a straight, slightly loose cut.
Composition & care
  • Washing: 30° machine wash
  • Low-temperature machine drying. Down products: tumble dry with 2 dryer balls, minimum 4 hours at low temperature. Once dry, gently fluff the down clusters by hand to separate them.
  • Ironing at a maximum temperature of 110°C
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not dry clean
