Description
The Vintage Mythic down jacket is one of Pyrenex's most iconic models. With its relaxed, bomber-inspired cut and timeless design, it transcends seasons without losing its character. Versatile, it suits all body types and can be worn one or two sizes up for a decidedly contemporary oversized silhouette. Its shiny, water-repellent, and lightweight French taffeta fabric contrasts elegantly with the matte raglan shoulder panels. The oversized Pyrenex Vintage badge on the shoulder affirms the iconic identity of this down jacket, while its wide range of colors allows for all styles, from the most understated to the most daring.

A water-repellent treatment is applied to the outer fabric making water drops roll off and preventing them from soaking into the material. Water-repellent textiles are not designed to withstand immersion or sustained long rainfall exposures.

We calculate the amount of water (in the form of vapour) that the fabric lets through in 24 hours. The higher the degree, the more breathable the fabric. At 5,000g/m2/24hrs, the garment is considered to be breathable.

Windproof
Windproof

Features a technical fabric (‘softshell’) that insulates against the wind. Ideal when it's cool or windy.

  • Tumble dry at low temperature.Down products: tumble dry with 2 drying balls, minimum 4 hours at low temperature. Once dry, tap the balls of down by hand to separate them.
